Our holiday house has everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay:
With five bedrooms, it accommodates up to eight people. The separate kitchen allows for convenient self-catering, while the living room with an inviting tile stove and the separate dining room ensure sociable hours. A cozy reading room invites you to unwind.
Enjoy the breathtaking views from the panoramic veranda and the two balconies. In total, there are three bathrooms and a separate toilet, including a relaxing bathtub.
The spacious 1,000 m2 garden invites you to relaxing moments outdoors. For comfort and safety, there is a closed garage and additional parking spaces. A spacious terrace with garden furniture and loungers provides a perfect place to linger.
Your needs are well taken care of – from a fire extinguisher to a baby cot and high chair, as well as a dryer and washing machine. Two flat-screen TVs, a ski shoe dryer are additional amenities for your stay.
The central heating ensures pleasant temperatures, and with an iron, ironing board, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle), no wishes are left unfulfilled.

Beautiful old Bavarian house with some modern upgrades. Three couples stayed here and everyone loved their beds! (King size) We were allowed to bring our dogs and they LOVED the huge fenced in yard… They were exhausted every day. Three bathrooms and excellent water pressure. Functional kitchen. 200% stay here.”

The location is ideal, a few minutes from the center of Garmisch in a quiet side street with a great view of the Zugspitze, a garden, enough space for everyone – even in rainy weather – and lovingly and very cozy and really nicely furnished.
